[Space Quest II]

This has a lot of good ideas going on, it gives me a VVVVVV vibe, it has that spacey feel, but it has some problems regarding its variation. I think after 1:30 it's jsut the same repeated over with just a few variations, i am also not fond of the radio samples, and the transition at 1:00. Aside from that, i like this :3

[Doldrums]

This reminde me of 2 things: The type of songs i would hear in the old flash games i sued to play back in 2005, and in the Paper Sorcerer OST. Both are compliments btw. It givs me a kinda retro, pixeled but futuristic soundscape. I like the disharmonies that you used, it really sets the mood. My only problem is that after 2:00 it stales, it is just a reprise of the beginning. Aside from that i enjoyed this :3

[Prism]

I am not entirely fond of the main melody progression, it doesn't feel like it's taking me somewhere, but that's a personal grip, overall the track is solid, it has that retro-old-school-shooter feel, synth choice is appropiated, production is good. I would have added a bit more of variety, a drop somwehre, a chill part, etc.

Overall, solid, not my cup of tea composition wise, but solid.

[To the Stars Remake]

I absolutely loved this, i love the vibe it gives, it reminds me to Resident Evil, it has the mistery but dark vibe. My only complain is that the voice gets too high sometimes and that the mix gets dirty around 1:35 (Too muddy, notes are too hard), aside from that, i really liked the track.

Thank you for the review! Glad you like it. I didn't know the resident Evil music too well, but I just listened to some of it, and I understand what you mean. It does have the same kind of organic synthesizer sounds. Especially the voice/choir sounds. Also it has that beautiful yet scary ambient vibe. Quite a compliment thanks. I get what you say about the lead voice getting too high and the mix getting muddy. It's not too much for my personal taste though, and I think it gives some nice tension for dramatic effect near the end. Informative to hear others may think I overdid it.

[In Your Time, Always]

First, i can totally understand the experimental tag lol. I really dig how the vocals sit in the mix, it gives it a haunting tone. The synth choice are on spot, they really help to set the atmosphere. I Feel that the panned arpegy that comes in the chorus could be slightly less panned, the balance of the track is pretty solid until that point, i feel that if you pan it from left to right or double track it, it would sound better.

Aside from that, solid track, good job!

[Folk]

The timing is not a problem here, in fact i though the weird time signature was intentional. The problem itself is the rest. The track clips (Major problem), the instruments and samples used are pretty cheap, the composition itselfs feels basic and forced, and overall, it isn't pleasant to hear.

But everyone starts from somewhere, keep practicing, it make take some time but everybody eventually learns, keep it up man.

[Logical Misfits (NG CUT)]

The piece is pretty solid overal, but as someone says below, it never really "kicks" in. The quality of production is pretty nice (Just a bit too heavy, i had to done down my volume from 70). I really like the spacey ambient sounds used, they really set the mood. Aside from that point, pretty good.

[My Love is Like a Red Red Rose]

Beautiful, i don't have anything to criticize. I love the panned vocals, it reminds me of old 80' songs, the vocals were on spot, you really got a nice atmosphere going with that subtle pad? (It kinda sounds like vocals with a lot of reeverb and a wet sound). Good Job!
